Containers for used items, where customers bring clothes, shoes and bed linen, are installed at 26 filling stations in 5 cities. NGOs, the company's partners in this initiative, deliver aid to residents of the de-occupied territories, charity centers, and to the low-income people.

Thus, in the fourth quarter of 2024, OKKO collected almost 53 tons of used items, which were handed over to residents of the social home of the Emmaus Oselya NGO, homeless people, internally displaced people in Lviv and Lviv region, charity centers, residents of the de-occupied territories, low-income people, people with disabilities in Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kyiv and large displaced families from Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv and Donetsk regions. In total, in 2024, the network's customers collected more than 193 tons of items in special containers.

“For already 13 years, our joint project with NGOs has been helping to collect items in good condition and hand them over to those in need. You can leave clean and packed clothes, shoes for adults and children that you would like to share in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, and Kharkiv. Traditionally, Lviv is the leader in collecting used items, but other regions are also involved actively. We are grateful to each of our guests for their activity and help,” ADDED YAROSLAVA POLYAKOVA, HEAD OF OKKO'S CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT.

The project is carried out in cooperation with NGOs that take out, sort and distribute the items to those in need. OKKO's current partners are “Emmaus-Oselya” NGO, “Ukraine Without Borders” charity organization and “Good Samaritan” charity foundation. All the addresses of the filling stations can be found in the section “Separate collection” - “Clothing collection” on the network's website.
