OKKO IS IN THE TOP-50 OF THE BEST EMPLOYERS OF UKRAINE

In January 2022 was published the ranking of the country's best employers, compiled by "Forbes Ukraine" publication and job site work.ua. OKKO company took 35th place in this rating.

It’s the second time when Forbes Ukraine compiled the rating of employers, and this year more than 150 Ukrainian companies competed for the titles. OKKO is recognized as one of the best every year and comparing to 2021 we improved our results by 4 points.

To determine the TOP-50, the organizers conducted a survey among personnel of candidate companies, that covered almost 26000 employees across the country.

The final assessments were influenced by employees’ answers and expert evaluation in the following factors: salary, workplace and schedule, information openness of company, set of social package and its availability, development opportunities in the company, sense of care from the employer during the corona crisis, etc.
