OKKO is in the TOP-50 best employers according to Forbes

The rating of the best employers was published in the January issue of Forbes magazine. OKKO took 39th place in the rating.

More than 150 Ukrainian companies competed for the title of the best. To determine the businesses included in the TOP-50, the organizers of the rating distributed a questionnaire among the staff of the applicant companies. More than 11,000 people were interviewed in this way. Based on a survey, assessments of labor market experts and information from open sources, Forbes has formed a rating on a 100-point scale.

The final score was influenced by how many points the company's employees and experts evaluated such factors - salary, workplace and work schedule, information openness of companies, availability and composition of the social package, opportunities for development in the company, feelings of concern from the company during the crisis and others  factors.
