OKKO Group paid UAH 11 billion in taxes for the first half of 2025
Sep 1, 2025

In January-June 2025, companies of OKKO Group paid UAH 10 billion 992 million in taxes. This is 13% more than in the same period last year. Of this amount, 1 billion 952 million hryvnias are taxes and fees from operating activities, and another 9 billion 40 million hryvnias were paid on the import of goods.

If we compare the amounts of taxes paid in the first and second quarters of 2025, we also see an increase of 11% (from 5.2 billion hryvnias to 5.7 billion hryvnias). At the same time, the tax payment rate from operating activities per 1 sold liter of fuel at OKKO filling stations was 3.05 hryvnia in the second quarter of 2025 and 2.77 hryvnia in the first quarter.

In the second quarter, each OKKO filling station complex paid an average of 2 million 649 thousand hryvnias in taxes, while in the first quarter, it was 2 million 232 thousand hryvnias.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion, OKKO has been consistently increasing its tax payments to the budget. A total of 55 billion hryvnia in taxes and fees have already been paid during this period. In addition, the group has allocated nearly 3 billion hryvnia in charitable aid to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the restoration projects in Ukraine. At the same time, OKKO's losses in goods, assets, and fixed assets as a result of military operations have already exceeded USD 100 million.

"Our company is one of the largest in Ukraine in terms of donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and one of the largest taxpayers in the fuel retail sector. We want to set an example - the way we pay taxes and help where there is a need - to encourage others to do the same. After all, tax revenues are the main source of funding for the Ukrainian army. Our ability to work and live in an independent state, as well as our hope for peace, depends primarily on the combat capability of the Ukrainian army," commented Nazar Kupybida, OKKO’s Vice President of Finance.
