Based on its performance in the first quarter of 2026, the OKKO Group paid nearly UAH 7.3 billion in taxes. This is 35.6% more than in the first quarter of 2025.

Of the total amount of taxes paid, nearly UAH 1.5 billion relates to taxes from operating activities. These include corporate income tax, VAT (excluding that paid at customs during imports), retail excise duty, personal income tax, military levy, land fee, and the mandatory state pension insurance contribution.

Another UAH 5.8 billion represents taxes paid on imports, the amount of which depends on the volume of fuel and other goods that OKKO imports directly.

There was also a significant increase in taxes accrued on employee wages — namely the single social contribution (SSC), personal income tax (PIT), and the military levy. In the first quarter of 2026, the average monthly amount of such payments per OKKO employee was UAH 14,498, compared to UAH 12,156 per month a year earlier.

“The first quarter of 2026 was not easy for the Ukrainian fuel retail sector. At the same time, it was crucial for us to ensure a stable supply of fuel to the country — especially during a challenging winter period, when it was critically needed for generator operation and the energy resilience of people and businesses. At the same time, the company continued to direct charitable assistance to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other humanitarian needs. As of April 1, the total amount of such assistance has already exceeded UAH 4 billion since the beginning of the full-scale war,” commented OKKO Vice President for Finance Nazar Kupybida.

Today, OKKO is the largest taxpayer and donor to the Ukrainian army among fuel station networks in Ukraine. Over four years of the full-scale war, the company has transferred more than UAH 77 billion in taxes and fees to the state budget. In addition, the company has allocated over UAH 4 billion in charitable assistance to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, rebuild destroyed infrastructure, and meet other humanitarian needs.
