OKKO fuel network and the Fund of Competent Assistance to Army "Come Back Alive" have launched a joint initiative "OKO ZA OKO" (EYE FOR AN EYE), aiming to purchase 25 reconnaissance unmanned aerial systems "SHARK" for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The sum needed for this aim is 325 million UAH. Therefore, starting from November 1st, 2022, 1 hryvnia from each liter of PULLS 95 petrol and PULLS DIESEL fuel sold in OKKO network will be transferred for the purchase of reconnaissance complexes "SHARK". For additional donations, you can also use a special account of the initiative.

UAV "SHARK" is the latest development of the Ukrainian company "Ukrspetssystems" and its partners, which has a number of technological advantages comparing to analogues, the complex is capable to adjust effectively artillery fire systems, including MLRS systems HIMARS, and also it can perform a number of other combat tasks.

"From the first days of the war, our company helps those who defend our country and those who rebuild it. We have already allocated more than 138 million Hryvnias for various projects, because this, together with providing the country with fuel, is a struggle on our own front.

The project "OKO ZA OKO" (EYE FOR AN EYE), which we are launching together with "Come back alive", is another consecutive step in this direction,says Vasyl Dmytriv, marketing director of the OKKO network. - Refueling a car is an everyday thing, but if you refuel at OKKO, even this action would work for our victory. It is especially important for us to turn our PULLS fuel into revenge against the enemy, so we donate 1 hryvnia from every filled liter. Taking into account that every fourth car in Ukraine is refueling at OKKO, we are convinced that very soon we will be able to prove what a united force we are together with drivers’ community".

"In this project we will purchase not just reconnaissance drones, but a unique system created by specialists of our Foundation along with the company “Ukrspetssystems” - UAVs manufacturer and the company “Pulsar”, which provides the project with special vehicles. Altogether, we set up a multiuse flight control ground-based stations,"says Andriy Rymaruk, the director of the military department of the "Come Back Alive" Fund.

"The ground control station is a fully equipped four-wheel drive car, that helps the pilot to choose the best points for take-off; UAV “SHARK” possess the latest software with program algorithms that provides the complex with better work in the conditions of radio-electronic warfare. The total cost of the project also includes 25 additional UAVs, which are reserved for the prompt replacement of those lost in combat.

Such kind of approach with thinking through several steps ahead is what makes exactly “competent help” to the Ukrainian army,"adds Taras Chmut, director of the "Come Back Alive" Foundation.

As part of the initiative, it is also planned to transfer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine:

- 75 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs);

- 25 launching units;

- 25 passable cars equipped with control units.

The Fund will distribute all the complexes purchased with the help of Ukrainians, basing on the current situation at the front and recommendations of the General Staff of the Armed Forces. Since the mentioned complexes are a high-class special equipment, they will be used by different subdivisions, such as separate reconnaissance battalions, units of long-range artillery adjustment, special forces and infantry brigades.
