Concern Khlibprom took part in an event organized as part of the ReSkill UA educational project, an initiative aimed at retraining, employing, and supporting veterans who are looking for new professional opportunities and starting their own businesses.
The event took place at the Lviv Professional College of Hotel and Restaurant Service. Our engineers, technologists, and HR specialists took part in the event, sharing their knowledge and experience and talking about the opportunities of the food industry.
The event was attended by 11 veterans, who had a chance to learn more about our company's activities, product range, and bakery production technologies. A particularly valuable part of the program was the practical component — a hands-on master class in baking bread and pastry products conducted by our specialists: Valentin Melnichenko, head of new product development, and engineers Zakhar Borkovsky and Ilona Muzhik. Under their guidance, the veterans tried their hand at baking, immersing themselves in the process of creating bread products.
Every gathering like this is a step toward adapting, finding new professional directions, and feeling supported by the business community. We do believe that together we can create opportunities that change lives.
