Over-the-counter medicines are now available for purchase 24/7 at OKKO filling stations. The current range includes around 100 products, such as antipyretics, pain relievers, antivirals, antiseptics, sorbents, and more.
Dedicated displays with OTC medicines have already been installed at more than 50 OKKO filling stations across the Kyiv and Lviv regions. The service will be gradually rolled out to other regions of Ukraine.
“While on the road, situations often arise when people need to address health concerns quickly. In such cases, the ability to purchase essential medicines directly at a filling station is a convenient and timely solution. In many areas outside major cities, access to pharmacies remains uneven, meaning that even basic medicines may require a considerable trip. Making over-the-counter medicines available at filling stations helps improve accessibility for customers,” commented Dmytro Rasskazov, OKKO Vice President for Commercial and Operations.
The Ukrainian government approved the sale of over-the-counter medicines at filling stations in late 2025. At the same time, a number of regulatory requirements were introduced for operators, including obtaining the relevant licenses and ensuring proper storage conditions for OTC medicines in designated areas.
