The rating of the best employers of Ukraine was presented by publication "TOP-100. Ratings of the largest" jointly with delo.ua, which included 50 companies. OKKO took the 9th place in the rating.
To determine the companies included in the TOP-50, the editorial board and jury were considering a wide number of conditions that evaluated businesses had to meet. In particular, they rated the policy of rewards and salaries, investments in corporate education, growth of the personnel welfare and innovations used by companies in the implementation of their personnel policy and resocialization of veterans.
The basis of the long list was made up of the companies in the country that showed the beast results in terms of sales for the past and current year, as well as recognized industry leaders. Those who received the most points from the expert jury and the editorial board entered the final of the rating. The degree of recognition of the employer's brand was also taken into account during the online voting.
