Vasyl Danyliak, CEO of OKKO, became one of the leaders of large Ukrainian businesses who were invited to the joint Entrepreneurship Support Council established on June 27 by the decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The Council will work under the President as an advisory body.
The main tasks of the Council are to analyze the effectiveness of state policy in the field of business development and support; prepare proposals for improving the business environment, stimulating investment and innovation activity, protecting property rights and competition; strengthening cooperation between state bodies, local governments and business entities; and developing legislative initiatives in the field of business and investment activity.
Decisions of the Business Support Council can be submitted to ministries and other central and local executive authorities for consideration, and, if necessary, they can be implemented through presidential decrees or through draft laws that the President will submit to the Verkhovna Rada for consideration.
