Joining Forces to Support Veterans’ Career Transition and Student Development

PJSC “Concern Khlibprom” continues to strengthen its partnerships with educational institutions. On Friday, January 23, a meeting took place at the Lviv Vocational College of Hotel, Tourism and Restaurant Service, bringing together two key priorities for our company: supporting Ukrainian defenders currently undergoing reskilling through the Reskilling Ukraine Unit.6 program, and fostering the development of students and young professionals.

Key highlights from the meeting:

• Open dialogue: HR Manager Vira Artymych provided a detailed overview of career opportunities, current vacancies, and working conditions across the company’s facilities.

• Employment and internships: Special attention was given to practical training and internship opportunities for students, as well as real employment prospects for veterans.

• Production site visit: On the same day, veterans visited the company’s production unit, where they explored technological processes, quality standards, and the work of the team delivering high-quality bakery products to consumers.

We are genuinely committed to welcoming veterans into our team. For us, this is not only about strengthening our workforce, but also about expressing deep respect and gratitude for their contribution to the country’s future.
